Five out of ten causes of your or my death in future, as WHO has described are
· Any heart related problem
· High Blood Pressure
· Type 2 diabetes
· Some types of cancers
· Stroke.

Add to this obesity, a physical disorder that’s causing anxiety in many minds today, because it eventually too is related to one of the ten WHO listed causes of death!

Thanks to our sedentary, but full of contentment lifestyle that a life can offer, we live in a perpetual fear of an uncertain tomorrow… So, on our doctor’s “advice”, we keep gulping down a fist-full of all shapes, sizes and colours of chemical compounds, most commonly known as “medicines” day-after-day, one after another. We really either fail to recognize the damages these so-called doctor-prescribed medicines cause to our bodies, or we just prefer to ignore their symptoms, as long as they “gift” us some more limited period to exist and enjoy with poor lifestyle our contented lives.

It is such a sad state of affairs that we feel contented with our poor lifestyles, even though, the modern machines indicate our body parameters to be normal after consuming fist-full of prescribed “medicines”. Are we really so ignorant, or are we acting naïve? Do we not register the irreparable damage these “prescribed” medicines are causing to our body organs? Once a body organ is damaged beyond repair, the WHO prophecy can’t be overlooked and our future is doomed…

Is it really ignorance or naivety, or are we not fooling our own selves by momentarily blocking the reality from our sub-conscious mind? Is there really no solution to stop this WHO prophecy from coming true? If man-made chemicals harm our body and fool our mind, there surely must be a lasting solution to our health problems in nature that can provide. History is replete with many examples, only if we really care for this unique body, mind and soul provided to us by nature.

Nature is the source of all our nourishment (science though has produced many nutrition-providing things, but never without its side-effects). Our bodies, like all machines live and work, when nourished properly. There are hundreds of plants and animal resources of nourishment, but each gives only a certain type of it. Imagine how much and how many different types of it would be required to get “full” nourishment that a body needs to exist, work efficiently and without getting sick – like the bee hive products, unsaturated fatty oils, minerals, vitamins and disease fighting elements from both animal and plant sources. Absence of all these brings ill-health. Using them helps to build our immunity against diseases, which in turn harbingers healthy life, lifestyle and wellness.
